When you list with me, I provide FREE staging where needed. This includes a walkthrough with staging suggestions, and then a second walkthrough to ensure the home is properly staged PRIOR to any viewings (will bring in decor etc. as needed).
First impressions are everything and I know you have a lot of your plate so I also pay for a professional cleaning prior to listing.
For your online listing, I provide complimentary professional photography and video to capture the best of your property.

While we’re touring potential homes, I can help you envision yourself in the space. We can chat about some realistic ballpark budgets for work that needs to be done so you are fully prepared when deciding what to offer on a home.
I am able to see the potential in spaces and can help you realize it with drawings and 3D renderings as well, if needed :)

NEW HOME BUILDS
Clients who buy a new house with me will get a $500 design package (5 hours) to use when planning their new home.
When it comes to new builds, I have lots of experience in the building and designing process. Through years of work with Dennison Homes and Bruce County - Custom Cabinets (that I co-own), I've had lots of experience working with build teams and contractors (I also recently built my own home in Saugeen Shores).
I can help you pick out the exterior finishes, help with the electrical layout and fixture choices, design your dream kitchen, help you with furniture and paint colour selection and much more!
DESIGN YOUR SPACE
When you purchase a home with me, I offer 5 hours of Design Service at no charge ($500 value). I want to help make your new space feel like home!
Renovating?
We can start with a consultation to discuss all of your needs and wants for the new transformation. I will also take any necessary measurements and pictures during this meeting so I can work out what the design package would be to complete.
Once we have completed the Design Package (detailed drawings/specs etc.) my other company can quote the work (Bruce County Custom Cabinets/Dennison Homes) or you can take it any contractor you would like as they will be able to quote everything from the completed package :)
If you aren’t looking to do any renovations, I am also happy to come in and simply discuss colour schemes, decor and accessories, whatever you would like! After the 5 hours at no charge, any hour of design work past that would be $100 per hour.
