STAGING HELP When you list with me, I provide a FREE staging consultation. This includes a walkthrough with staging suggestions, and then a second walkthrough to ensure the home is properly staged PRIOR to any viewings. First impressions are everything! When selling, it’s critical that your home looks its absolute best for realtors and potential buyers to view.  SETTLING INTO YOUR NEW SPACE No matter where you are headed after your home sells, there is a unique way I can make both sides of the buying/selling process seamless and enjoyable.  Clients who list their current homes with me will get a $1,000 design package (10 hours) to use when planning their new home. During these 10 hours of design work, I can help you pick out the exterior finishes, help with the electrical layout and fixture choices, design your dream kitchen, help you with furniture and paint colour selection and much more! K INTERIOR HOME DECOR A $250 gift card to K Interiors Decor Store is the cherry on top that I offer my clients in order to make your next space a home.

ENVISIONING A NEW SPACE Does your dream location & budget goes hand in hand with a fixer-upper? Let me not only show you the property of your dreams, but also let me help you understand the home’s potential.  While we’re touring potential homes, I can help you envision yourself in the space. We can chat about some realistic ballpark budgets for work that needs to be done so you are fully prepared when deciding what to offer on a home. I am able to see the potential in spaces and can help you realize it with drawings and 3D renderings as well, if needed :) NEW HOME BUILDS Clients who buy a new house with me will get a $1,000 design package (10 hours) to use when planning their new home. When it comes to new builds, I have lots of experience in the building and designing process. Through years of work with Dennison Homes and Bruce County - Custom Cabinets (that I co-own), I've had lots of experience working with build teams and contractors (I also recently built my own home in Saugeen Shores).  I can help you pick out the exterior finishes, help with the electrical layout and fixture choices, design your dream kitchen, help you with furniture and paint colour selection and much more!  DESIGN YOUR SPACE When you purchase a home with me, I offer 10 hours of Design Service at no charge ($1,000 value). I want to help make your new space feel like home! Renovating? We can start with a consultation to discuss all of your needs and wants for the new transformation. I will also take any necessary measurements and pictures during this meeting so I can work out what the design package would be to complete. Once we have completed the Design Package (detailed drawings/specs etc.) my other company can quote the work (Bruce County Custom Cabinets/Dennison Homes) or you can take it any contractor you would like as they will be able to quote everything from the completed package :) If you aren’t looking to do any renovations, I am also happy to come in and simply discuss colour schemes, decor and accessories, whatever you would like!
