STAGING HELP
When selling, it’s critical that your home looks its absolute best for realtors and potential buyers to view. As they say, first impressions are everything!
I have been in the Interior Design industry for over 10 years now. I have helped many clients stage their homes prior to selling.
When you list with me, I provide a FREE staging consultation, which includes a walkthrough with staging suggestions, and then a second walkthrough to ensure the home is properly staged PRIOR to any viewings.
NEW HOME BUILDS
Design and Real Estate are the perfect combination and I am finding that lots of people are selling their current places and building their dream homes lately!
There is a unique way I can make both sides of this process seamless and enjoyable. Clients who list their current house with me will get a $1,000 design package (10 hours) to use when planning their new home.
I can help you pick out the exterior finishes, help with the electrical layout and fixture choices, design your dream kitchen, help you with furniture and paint colour selection and much more!

K Interiors is a home decor, furniture & lighting shop in the heart of downtown Port Elgin, owned by myself and my mother Susan.

VISION
Because of my 10 years in the Interior Design Industry, as your buying agent, I can walk through potential new houses with you and help you envision how to make it your dream home.
I am able to see the potential in spaces and can help you realize it too with drawings and 3D renderings as well, if needed :)
I can also help you understand ballpark budgets for work that needs to be done so you are fully prepared when deciding what to offer on a home.
*I have been quoting renovations etc. for many years :)

DESIGN
When you purchase a new house with me, I offer 10 hours of Design Service at no charge ($1,000 value). I want to help make your new space feel like home <3
If you are looking to renovate in any way we will start with a consultation to discuss all of your needs and wants for the new transformation. I will also take any necessary measurements and pictures during this meeting so I can work out what the design package would be to complete.
After the 10 hours at no charge any hour of design work past that would be $100 per hour.
Once we have completed the Design Package (detailed drawings/specs etc.) then my other company can quote the work (Bruce County Custom Cabinets/Dennison Homes) or you can take it any contractor you would like as they will be able to quote everything from the completed package :)
If you aren’t looking to do any renovations, I am also happy to come in and simply discuss colour schemes, decor and accessories, whatever you would like!
