Need a little bit of Design inspiration without investing in an entire package? If so, a one-time consultation is the perfect option for you. I will come to your home and chat with you about any and everything Design and Decor, while giving you valuable advice that you can then take and implement.

To make the most of your time, I recommend coming prepared with a list of any questions, concerns or areas of focus you'd like to spend time on during the consultation, as well as a notebook to jot anything down as we chat.

This hour is completely up to you. We can discuss furniture arrangement, source the perfect piece, discuss paint colours or finishings, anything you'd like!

PLEASE NOTE: This service does not extend beyond the initial consultation. This is a conceptual service to help you feel confident in your design decisions.

This package includes 10 hours of Design Service towards any of the following:

• Exterior Finish Selections

• Interior Finish Selections

• Lighting Plan and Fixture Selections

• Plumbing Fixture Selection

• Cabinet Design

• Furniture Layout

• Space Planning

Each hour past 10 hours will be billable at $100/hr.

This package includes 5 hours of Decorating Service, broken down as follows:

• 1  hour consultation to view and measure the space

 

• 2-3 hours sourcing items for the space

 

• 1-2 hours staging the home with its new items

Vanities/Built-ins and other smaller projects are a min. $500 design package and Kitchen's start at $1,500. These Design Packages Include:

• Cabinet Drawings/Designs (prelim. drawings and one round of adjustments. These drawings would be detailed and the cabinets able to be created from them by maker.)

​

 

• Finish Selections, including door style, colours, hardware, countertops, backsplash, etc.
